Parking
- Parking varies by building. Meadows buildings N, R, and S offer a one-car garage, plus an additional spot in the driveway. All other buildings include one outdoor parking spot. Additional vehicles will need to be parked in the Lower Beaver Creek Lots.
Non-Smoking
- Smoking of any kind is not allowed on property

- Pets are not permitted.

- Fire alarms are audible and visual
- ADA lift at Highlands Lodge pool

DEPOSIT, FINAL PAYMENT, CANCELLATION
Spring, Summer & Fall (April 16 - November 19)
A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 48 hours prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.
Winter (November 20 - April 15)*
A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.
*Holiday (December 20 - January 1)
A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival at which time the entire stay is non-refundable.
