Please note that there is no housekeeping included in your rate. If you desire housekeeping during your stay, that may be arranged for an additional fee. Please note that services must be arranged ideally at least 7 days prior to your arrival and we request that guests be absent while our housekeepers clean the home.
Description of Services Available:
Daily Trash Removal and Fresh Towels.
Daily Tidy Housekeeping Service – Includes making of beds, fresh towels, removing trash, loading of the dishwasher (but not unloading), and general tidying of the home.
Mid-Week Clean – Includes changing of the bed linens and towels, removing trash, light cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms, loading of the dishwasher (but not unloading), dusting, and vacuuming traffic areas as needed.

Updated Housekeeping Protocol:
To ensure that our valued guests feel safe and confident returning to the new “normal” we have made changes to our procedures, with the goal of enhancing cleanliness:
We continue to seek guidance from the Eagle County Public Health Order and the American and Hotel Lodging Association Enhanced Cleaning Standards.
We utilize approved products with extra disinfecting precautions during each clean.
Extra time will be spent on high-frequency touchpoints such as remote controls, light switches, and door handles.
New White Comforter and Coverlet Rental Bedding:
Similar to most of the large hotel properties, in an effort to provide our guests with a more hygienic environment, we are enhancing our rental linen program to include bedding that will be replaced and laundered after each stay including new down-alternative white comforters and new white coverlets. Until these new items arrive, we will be triple sheeting beds for summer arrivals and then will be switching out the bedding once the new bedding arrives.
