A Dinner Adventure at Beano’s Cabin

Don’t miss Beaver Creek’s legendary Beano’s Cabin, an award-winning restaurant nestled in a mountain meadow at the base of Larkspur Bowl. Beano’s Cabin serves a gourmet five-course dinner during the Winter (December-April) and Summer (June – September) seasons.

The best part of the adventure is getting up to Beano’s Cabin! In the winter, the only way up to Beano’s Cabin is a 20 minute open-air sleigh ride up Beaver Creek Mountain. In the summer months, options include taking a 10-minute shuttle van, a one-hour horseback ride or a 20-minute wagon ride pulled by a John Deer diesel tractor.

Zach’s Cabin offers a similar experience at a charming on-mountain cabin in Bachelor Gulch.  The menu with Pacific Rim flair is a la carte, with a kids buffet as an option for the little ones. The open-air sleigh ride from the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch to Zach’s Cabin lasts about 15 minutes, just enough time to marvel at the stars and the amazing view of the valley.

Allie’s Cabin offers wine dinners on select Thursdays throughout the winter.  Each dinner features wines from a different winery paired with a delicious five-course meal.  Dinners enjoy a 15 minute sleigh ride to the cabin tucked in the woods followed shortly after arrival by the fireworks of Thursday Night Lights at eye level!

Contact your concierge for more information and to make a reservation for this once in a lifetime experience.

Gourmet Sleigh Rides

Experience a more rustic Colorado with a sleigh ride dinner from Bearcat Stables in Edwards or 4 Eagle Ranch in Wolcott.

Located 20 minutes west of Beaver Creek in the stunning Squaw Creek Valley near Cordillera, Bearcat Stables offers an unforgettable winter dinner experience. Book the horse drawn sleigh ride to a gourmet dinner at Bearcat’s Cabin, a historic, fully-restored Colorado homestead dating from the early 20-th century.   Enjoy a hot beverage while you and your family tour these historic grounds via horse and sleigh while sipping on your favorite beverage. The knowledgeable team drivers will give you the history of the land and make your journey unforgettable. The gourmet, three-course dinner is provided by the Timberhearth Grill at Cordillera.

The Horse Drawn Sleigh Ride Dinners at 4 Eagle Ranch take you back to the real Old West.  Located 30 minutes west of Beaver Creek, 4 Eagle Ranch welcomes you with hot beverages and award-winning chili in the historic Nelson Cabin (circa 1890) to take the chill off before your unforgettable sleigh ride beneath the wide open, star-filled skies.  A ranch buffet dinner awaits you upon your return, follow by s’mores over the campfire.

Contact your concierge for more information or to make reservations for one of these experiences.
