To Do:

Ride a Sleigh To Dinner

Enjoy a truly unique alpine dining experience at one of the on-mountain cabins: Beano’s, Zach’s or Allie’s. In the winter, your evening dining adventure begins with an unforgettable snowcat-pulled open air sleigh ride to an elegantly rustic cabin where your culinary experience awaits. The menu features a myriad of contemporary regional cuisine including prime aged meats, game, fish and fowl.

Beano’s Cabin

Named after the pioneer farmer who settled and farmed the high alpine meadow where Beano’s Cabin now sits in the shadow of Grouse Mountain, this elegantly appointed rustic cabin offers amazing cuisine, a world class wine list, and unparalleled service. A 5-course prix-fixe dinner is offered mid-December to early-April and late-June to mid-September

Zach’s Cabin

Named for one of the seven bachelors who established lettuce farms in Bachelor Gulch, Zach’s Cabin is perched on the mountainside with spectacular views up the valley. Zach’s presents a menu of American cuisine with a distinctly Pacific flair. The restaurant is open for dinner mid-December to late-March.

Allie’s Cabin

Set amidst a peaceful aspen grove, Allie’s Cabin is named after Allie Townsend, widow of George Townsend, the first settler of Beaver Creek, known in the 19th century as the “First Lady” of Beaver Creek. Allie’s Cabin hosts a series of wine dinners on select Thursday nights throughout the winter ski season. Each dinner features wines from a particular winery paired with a a 5-course meal. An extra special bonus is watching the Thursday Night Lights fireworks from eye level!
