A member of our property management team will reach out to you 7-10 days before your arrival date by email. They will provide directions to the property, details on how to access the unit, information about the unit, general information on the surrounding area, on-site transportation options, and concierge services. We will also provide contact information for the entire Bachelor Gulch team, so someone will always be available to assist with questions. We will then reach out to you by phone to ensure you have received our communication, early arrivals and late check-ins will be addressed at this time.
Late Check-In
A member of the property management team will provide you with an access code before arrival.
Parking
Each home has a two-car garage that you may utilize. There is no parking outside of the two-car garage and no street parking.
Directions
From Denver take I-70 West toward Grand Junction and Exit 167 (Avon), take Avon Road. At the 5th Roundabout, take the 4th exit going North on Avon Road (back in the direction you were coming from) and Basecamp Townhomes is the first entrance on the right.
From Eagle take I-70 East toward Denver and Exit 167 (Avon), take Avon Road. At the 5th Roundabout, take the 4th exit going North on Avon Road (back in the direction you were coming from) and Basecamp Townhomes is the first entrance on the right.
