Are your residences dog-friendly?

Does my vacation home have air conditioning?

A few properties have air conditioning, but a majority of rental residence in the area do not. Please ask your reservation agent or concierge for the details of the particular home you have reserved. We depend on nature’s air conditioning here in the Vail Valley. Keep the windows of your residence closed during the heat of the day and make sure the shades are drawn on those windows with direct sunlight. As soon as the sun goes down, the outside temperature drops dramatically. Open up the windows and let in the cool air. Many of the homes have ceiling fans installed. Additional fans are available from your front desk.

What is there to do during the summer in Beaver Creek?

Summers are amazing in Beaver Creek. Local residents have a saying: “I came for the winters, but stayed for the summers.” Just because there is no skiing doesn’t mean there’s nothing to do,  warm days and cool nights make it a fantastic getaway spot! Hiking, biking, rafting, golfing, horseback riding, chairlift rides, jeep tours, RZR tours, zip lining, fly fishing, rock climbing, clay shooting, tennis, swimming, kids camp, shopping, spa days, concerts, wine tasting and fine dining. How do I get to Beaver Creek Resort from the airport?

You have three options: private vehicle, a shared shuttle or rental car.  Pricing listed is dependent upon number of passengers and time of year.  Contact your concierge for rates during your dates of travel.

Do we need dinner reservations?

Absolutely! Reservations are strongly recommended. Many of the most popular restaurants will be booked as early as 60 days in advance, particularly for large parties and during peak season. There are a few restaurants that don’t take reservations, but the others in the resort are happy to hold a table for you.  See options in the Dining sectionContact your concierge for recommendations and reservations.

Where do I check-in for Beaver Creek lodging?

Your check-in information was included in your lodging confirmation. To look up your vacation residence, visit Check-In Information. Each property is listed with the address, phone number and check-in procedure.

Can I ship my luggage or a box before I arrive?

Travel light and ship your luggage to Beaver Creek ahead of you. We’ll keep it in secure storage and place it in your vacation residence on the day of your arrival. We charge a $10 handling fee for each incoming and outgoing package. To determine the correct shipping address, go to Shipping Information and locate your property. Please send package UPS or FedEx. Packages sent via the US Postal Service are frequently misplaced or delayed.
