Don’t miss Beaver Creek’s legendary Beano’s Cabin, an award-winning restaurant nestled in a mountain meadow at the base of Larkspur Bowl. Beano’s Cabin serves a gourmet five-course dinner during the Winter (December-April) and Summer (June – September) seasons.
The best part of the adventure is getting up to Beano’s Cabin! In the winter, the only way up to Beano’s Cabin is a 20 minute open-air sleigh ride up Beaver Creek Mountain. In the summer months, options include taking a 10-minute shuttle van, a one-hour horseback ride or a 20-minute wagon ride pulled by a John Deer diesel tractor.
This elegantly rustic cabin features vaulted ceilings, antler chandeliers, a large stone hearth and a wraparound deck with stunning views. The menu features a variety of local favorites, including Colorado bass, grilled pork porterhouse and lamb top sirloin. Beano’s Cabin prides itself on its outstanding service and extensive wine list.
Zach’s Cabin offers a similar experience at a charming on-mountain cabin in Bachelor Gulch. The menu with Pacific Rim flair is a la carte, with a kids buffet as an option for the little ones. The open-air sleigh ride from the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch to Zach’s Cabin lasts about 15 minutes, just enough time to marvel at the stars and the amazing view of the valley.
Allie’s Cabin offers wine dinners on select Thursdays throughout the winter. Each dinner features wines from a different winery paired with a delicious five-course meal. Dinners enjoy a 15 minute sleigh ride to the cabin tucked in the woods followed shortly after arrival by the fireworks of Thursday Night Lights at eye level!
