Deposit:
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Full payment is charged if the arrival date is within 15 days. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment. The balance of payment is due 15 days before arrival. If a deposit is not received promptly, the reservation is subject to cancellation. All major credit cards are accepted. Validation of a credit card is required at check-in.
Cancellation:
Reservations canceled or changed within 15 days of arrival are non-refundable. All cancellations within 16-30 days of scheduled arrival are subject to a $75.00 non-refundable fee. Deposit refunds, less non-refundable fees, will be made within 14 days of cancellation, will be credited to the party having paid the deposit, and will be forwarded to the address given on the reservation.
